Egg Cheese Toast Breakfast
Egg Cheese Toast , is one of those breakfast item which is easy to cook and use commonly available ingredients. When we talk about our daily breakfast it is always said it should be healthy, but we Indians prefer healthy as well as tasty breakfast :–) The word breakfast literally means breaking the fasting period of the prior night. Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. Everyone is busy today and tend to miss their breakfast, which is not a good start of the day.
Egg, bread, porridge,cornflakes etc are commonly eaten in breakfast. So here Inspifood presents a delicious combination of Egg, cheese and Toast, Egg cheese toast. Eggs are good source of protein, vitamin, minerals. It is said that egg is good for eye sight, it is good for healthy hair growth. Cheese is among the good source of calcium which is good for your bones. Cheese is a dairy product which is considered good for children growth. It is also like by kids as compare to milk consumption. Bread is important source of fibre.
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- Cheese Cubes
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Chili 2-3
- Chopped Coriander
- 2 Tomato
- Refined Oil
- Black Pepper Powder
How to make it:
Break 4 eggs in a bowl and beat it slightly. Add pinch of salt, chopped onion, chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Take cheese cubes and grate it. Put a grated cheese on a bread slice. Cut tomato into thin slices. Keep 2 slice on each bread slice. Cover garnished bread slice with a bread and press it properly, so that cheese garnishing don’t come out of it.
Take a pan and put little oil. Dip cheese tomato sandwich into the beaten egg and put it into the heated pan. Cook both side on low flame. Flip it to other side and cook till it turn brown. Repeat the process to make remaining egg cheese toast.
Serve hot sizzling Egg Cheese toast with red ketchup.
